Welder

Welders in our company want to advance their career by taking JIS and AW welding test.
The examination fee is covered by the company and we will evaluate the efforts and result you make by a raise.
According to your goals, you can work not only in welding but also in all process of steel frame fabrication.
You will learn fast and feel your growth.
Most of welding machine we use are digital, which leads to reduce the technical flaws.
Using the latest machine will guide you to learn welding in the right way.
You will be inspired by other licensed welders making you learn fast and be motivated.
Others
There are welders working from 20s to 70s in the factory.
The factory has a good air ventilation but the heat from welding is very hot in summer
so that you can bring your air-conditioned suits, also we will lend the summer items such as a fan.

| Job description and responsibility | You’ll be responsible for all semi-automatic welding in the project to fabricate steel frames such as columns and beams. ■You have excellent skills for corner welding and butt welding. ■The welding has to pass the criteria about UT and visual inspection. ■The work location is in the factory next to our office. ■Our projects : office building, large warehouse and commercial facility, hospital etc.. |

Assembly work is the entry point to all steel fabrication work. To assemble precisely requires an accurate processing skill, and a high assembly welding skill can make well-finished product.
As you master assembly, you will gradually become interested in other process as well.
Some people want to expand their skills in welding, others are interested in drawing, and some move to different process to get new skills.
Assembly is a good starting point for those interested in the steel frame fabrication.

The number of experts are decreasing each year in this aging society, however, we’d like to preserve their technics and hand it over to the next generation.

CAD operator

You will see the full-scale steel frames.
The office is located right next to the factory so you can anytime see the production.
It will help you to comprehend the fabrication process and you will be able to make more accurate drawings.
We support you to diverse your skill in steel frame fabrication.
There are various skills and qualifications that you can try to gain in steel frame fabrication.
We will cover the cost of examination fee / training, and the effort and result will be rewarded.
In design department, there are 5 people working from 20s to 30s.
They teach each other to learn new skills and perspectives.
Developing accurate and precise drawing skill.
Draftsman always have to double-check whether the assemblers can build the flawless product by your drawing.
So it is important that you can see the production in real to check the progress, mistakes, and anything that can cause the problems.
In Sanai Industry, once you are assigned for the project, you aren’t working only on the desk.
You will go to the factory to check the delivery of beams and columns, pre-fabricated steel plates, and weather every process is following your drawing until the product shipping.
We think that the person who can pay attention to small details would be ideal for this position.
