Welder
About this position…
We support your career advancement.
Welders make their career advancement by taking JIS and AW welding exam.
The examination fee is covered by the company, and the result will be evaluated by a raise.
According to your goals, you can work not only in welding but also in all process of steel frame fabrication.
You will learn fast and feel your growth.
Most of welding machine we use are digital, which helps to reduce the technical flaws.
The latest machine projects your welding skill correctly so you will understand what is your weakness. It guides you to learn welding in the right way, which makes fast learning.
You will also be inspired by other licensed welders make you motivated.
Others
There are welders working from 20s to 70s in the factory.
The factory has a good natural air ventilation but the air has to be shut to avoid technical defects for welding. So it is going to be very hot in summer. Many of them use their air-conditioning suits, or we lend a fan for each factory worker.

| Job description and responsibility | You’ll be responsible for all semi-automatic welding in the project to fabricate steel frames such as columns and beams. ■You have excellent skills for corner welding and butt welding. ■The welding has to pass the criteria on UT and visual inspection. ■The work location is in the factory next to our office. ■Our projects : office building, large warehouse and commercial facility, hospital etc. |

UT engineer

CAD operator
About this position…
You will see the full-scale steel frames.
The office is located right next to the factory so you can anytime check the fabrication progress.
It will help you to comprehend the fabrication process, which also helps you to make accurate drawings.
Diversify your skill in steel frame fabrication.
There are various skills and qualifications that you can gain in steel frame fabrication.
The company covers the examination fee or the cost of training, and the result will be rewarded. So we strongly reccomend you to take them for your career development.
In CAD department, there are 5 people working from 20s to 30s.
They teach each other to learn new skills and exchange perspectives for the improvement.
Developing accurate and precise drawing skill.
Draftsman always have to double-check whether the assemblers can build a flawless product by your drawing.
So it is important that you can see the production in real in order to check the progress, mistakes, and anything that can cause the problems during the construction at site.
In Sanai Industry, once you are assigned for a project, you aren’t working only on the desk.
You will go to the factory to check the arrival of materials such as beams and columns, steel plates, and confirm whether every process is following the drawing.
We think that the person who can pay attention to small details would be ideal for this position.
